Let´s embrace an active quarantine?
It seems our unvited guest, Mr. Covid 19 decided to stay longer than we were expecting. Remember that annoying friend of a friend who wasn´t invited for our private party, but not just showed up without being invited as it happens to be the last living the house?! …That´s Covid 19.
What can we do?! … Not much really than live an active quarantine while staying at home protecting ourselves and the ones we love.
And if we must stay at home we better feed our mind and soul with good contents.
