Each team can have a minimum of 8 players, and a maximum of 12 plus 3 non players maximum.  Please note that the names of players can be changed up until the dayof the tournament.

Women’s Tournament
The Women’s tournament will run alongside the Men’s tournament in the same format

Deadline
Please let us know if you would like to participate as soon as possible by sending us an email. We’ll close applications once we have the maximum number of teams. We’ll notify teams of their acceptance into the tournament as soon as possible. Please remember that the entry fee must be received when booking to confirm your participation. Obviously, the earlier the better. First come, first served!

Miscellaneous
Please make sure that your players are covered by sport Insurance in case of any mishaps on field. We recommend that you arrive Friday (30th April) to be ready to play Saturday morning. Please Note
You are expected to be at the pitch ready to start your allocated games on time, failure to do this may result in you forfeiting the game, and being banned rom the tournament We have lots of games to get through and therefore the tournament must run on time, it is your responsibility to arrive at the allocated pitch on time.

Liabililty
Figueira Beach Rugby International and our employees /Staff will not accept liability for theft, loss, injury or damage of any nature during your tour, or resulting from a stay at any accommodation, supplied by us. We are also not liable for the breakdown or non operation of technical equipment and the cancellation or closing of facilities at your accommodation. Figueira Beach Rugby International accepts no responsibility from bookings and agreements made withour agents, please refer to their terms and conditions.

Tour Club
Please remember, when travelling your team is not only representing your club, but also your country. Upholding the good name of your club will make you many new friends and contacts for the future, along with laying the foundation for other teams to follow in your footsteps or perhaps a return visit.

Unforeseen Circumstances
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riot, industrial action, natural disaster, weather.

Rules
Figueira Beach Rugby International Tournament is played under the World Rugby rules for Beach Rugby 5s.
